Meals are served in the elegant, air conditioned restaurant at the times stated below:
Breakfast - 8am - 10am
Luncheon - 12.30pm - 1:15pm | Sunday 12.30pm - 1.15pm
Dinner - 6.30pm - 8pm
- The Belmont Restaurant - In the evening, we have a more formal dress code. It is expected that guests change for dinner and dress for the occasion with most guests preferring to follow the jacket and tie guideline. This is purely a guideline and is mentioned as a helpful indicator so guests feel comfortable and know what they may expect to find. We ask simply, as a courtesy to others, to respect an atmosphere that most guests prefer. (No ripped denim, sportswear, beachwear or trainers).
- Horizon - Smart casual (no beachwear).
With fantastic views over the bay, the Horizon Restaurant has been designed to create an airy, stylish and contemporary feel. Lunch bookings are available (minimum of two courses not including coffee) or come and spend a memorable evening here, lingering over a fabulous meal. Unlike our smart main restaurant, where jacket and ties are preferred, there is a smart casual dress code for Horizon. So make the most of those evenings when you feel like a more casual dining experience, while taking in some glorious coastal views, and enjoying one of the best restaurants in Sidmouth. For guests staying in the hotel, we offer a selection of dishes from the Table d’Hote menu along with our comprehensive lounge bar and terrace menu which is served between 12.00pm and 2.00pm.
Afternoon tea and a selection of light snacks are available during the afternoon between 3.30pm and 5.30pm.
From 6.30pm to 8.45pm in the Terrace Lounge and the Residents Lounge, we offer a reduced bar snack menu (no hot food, sandwiches only).
